Design extraordinary spaces thanks to our “Master of the Black Shadow” collection and our Korysai Decorative Panel. The use of burned wood in the home is a technique that comes straight from Japan, better known as Shou Sugi Ban. It consists of deeply burning the surface of a wooden board to reveal a charred film. This layer thus offers the wood optimal natural protection and an infinite range of finishes. The burning of the material here gives the wood a particular aesthetic, creating an exceptional play of solids and voids. Its lines with graphic movement offer the latter a real play of chiaroscuro. Each blade reveals its own character here, imbued with relief and depth.
